Immigrants have consistently been the most productive and patriotic of our citizens, with the exception of the Native communities, who also deserve much better treatment than they’ve been getting. Why not have more of them? Instead of putting up ridiculous walls around our borders, invite people in and invite them to become part of us? They’re not coming to steal our jobs, they’re coming to do the jobs we don’t want to do. We should not only allow, but encourage them to do so.
