One solution is to declare that people are people and corporations are not, and place draconian limits on how much corporations are allowed to contribute to political campaigns (such as, say, nothing).
The other approach is to say that corporations are only allowed human rights after they have proven they are diligent about discharging their human responsibilities. This would entail holding every director and officer of a corporation personally liable for any crime or civil infringement committed by any employee or contractor of that corporation while the board-member or officer held their position.
The two solutions are not mutually exclusive, and we would be in favor of enacting both.
